1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within California, with local grocery delivery in our service area. [Confirm Service Area.]

2. Free Grocery Delivery Over $450

Grocery delivery is free when the Groceries part of your order is more than $450 before tax and CRV. Under that amount, a grocery delivery fee is shown at checkout, along with how much more you need to add to qualify. Grocery deliveries are scheduled in time windows you choose at checkout.

3. Other Departments

Items from other departments ship from us or from the vendor. A shipping fee for each department or vendor is shown in your cart before you pay. Some vendors offer local pickup.

4. Processing And Delivery Times

• Groceries: same-day or next-day, depending on the time window chosen.
• Most other items: ship within 1–4 business days; delivery usually takes 2–7 business days.
• Large items and furniture: delivery appointments are arranged by phone or email.

5. Tracking

When an order ships, you get a tracking link by email, and you can also check it on our Track Order page.

6. Damaged, Late Or Missing Deliveries

Report a problem within 48 hours for groceries and within 7 days for other items. See our Return And Refund Policy.

7. Taxes And CRV

California sales tax on taxable items and the CRV deposit on eligible beverage containers are added at checkout and shown as separate lines.
