Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Each vendor may set stricter rules, shown on the product page.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Perishable groceries, prepared meals, personal care items once opened, gift cards and items listed as Free.

Damaged Or Wrong Items

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Payments are in test mode during this preview. No real card is charged and no money moves. Refunds are paid from store money only and never from agent referral money.
