Vendor Agreement

Parties

This agreement is between Jesus Network Ventures LLC (running LC Shop) and each seller, store or service provider listing on LC Shop (the vendor).

Listings

Vendors must list only items and services they have the right to sell, with honest photos, prices and condition (New, Used or Free).

Orders, Shipping And Returns

Vendors must fill orders on time and follow our Shipping and Return And Refund policies.

Payments And Fees

Store money from sales is held in a store account and paid out to vendors after fees and refunds. Store money (what shoppers pay for products and services) is kept separate from agent-only referral money. Referral earnings are tracked and paid on their own and are never mixed with store sales or vendor payouts.

Payments are in test mode during this preview. No real card is charged and no money moves.

Groceries

Grocery vendors must honor free delivery on grocery orders of $450 or more.

Ending The Agreement

Either side may end this agreement with notice. We may remove a vendor who breaks these rules.
